Over 100 people attended the January 8 Marin County screening of "Uncounted," in Mill Valley, CA. The event was co-sponsored by three activist groups: Progressive Democrats of Marin, Democracy for America - Marin, and Seniors for Peace. Between our mailing lists and good publicity, the venue was packed and the audience engaged. Everyone thought the movie was exceptional and we easily sold ten copies of the dvd with the buyers remarking how many other people they wanted to see it. Following the movie was a lively Q&A with two local election protection activists who signed up many people to be poll workers and observers. Our Marin County Registrar of Voters even attended.
